What it takes off the desk
- The pre-declaration pack. It collects the commercial invoice, packing list and certificates, checks them against the job and flags what is missing or does not match. The declarant gets one clean pack to review.
- CBAM and EUDR supplier data. It chases your importers’ suppliers for verified emissions and due-diligence data, reads the templates they send back and prepares the portal entries for a person to check.
- Proof of delivery and carrier invoices. It matches each POD to its invoice, checks it against your system and uploads it to the carrier portal.
Why now
New rules add paperwork with fixed dates:
- EUDR: due-diligence statements from 30 December 2026 for large and medium operators.
- CBAM: certificate sales open on 1 February 2027. The first annual declaration is due on 30 September 2027.
Default emission values cost far more than verified ones. Somebody has to chase the mills for that data. The coworker does the chasing, so your declarants don’t.
Your declarants stay in charge
- Nothing is filed or sent without a person’s OK, unless a rule you agreed covers it.
- You see the exact pack or email before it goes, with what was checked.
- Your company gets its own dedicated environment in the EU; no other customer’s work runs in it.
- The AI models run under written zero data retention. They keep nothing, and nothing trains on your data.
