For independent electrical distributors

Your rebate clerk, inside P21.

Most 40-person houses don’t have a rebate team. SPA claims pile up, backup goes missing and denials age. An Iterabase AI coworker builds the claims, attaches the backup and chases what comes back, inside your Prophet 21 or Eclipse and the manufacturer portals.

What it takes off your plate

  • SPA and ship-and-debit claims. It pulls the SPA-priced lines, builds each claim in the manufacturer’s format or portal, attaches the backup and matches the credit memos when they arrive.
  • Denied and aged claims. It finds denials, works out why, fixes what it can and asks you about the rest.
  • Price letters and cost updates. It reads supplier price letters, prepares the cost updates for your OK and flags the open POs and SPAs they touch.

Why it matters

  • Labor: the rebate clerk you don’t have to hire.
  • Cash: claims go out with full backup while the order is fresh, not at month-end.
  • Margin: every stale cost in the ERP leaks margin and throws off the claim. Tariff-driven price changes make that worse.

You stay in control

  • Nothing is submitted without a person’s OK, unless a rule you agreed covers it.
  • It works with on-prem P21 or Eclipse through a small runner inside your network that reads only what you declare.
  • Your company gets its own dedicated environment; no other customer’s work runs in it.
  • The AI models run under written zero data retention. They keep nothing, and nothing trains on your data.

How to start

Bring one process. We build your first AI coworker around how your team works and run it on your real claims for a week, free. If it doesn’t earn its place, it ends there, and we delete your data within 30 days after the 14-day decision period, telling you first.

If you keep it, hosted plans start at $990 a month, billed yearly. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Or buy a license and run it on your own servers.
